Shipping Information

  • Flat rate shipping is $12 across Canada via Canada Post Expedited Shipping, and we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 CAD across North America (excluding certain bulky and heavy products). 
  • A tracking number will be provided at time of shipping. Nested Services Inc. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their country duty and tariff costs. Please contact your local post office facility for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
  • If shipping destination is outside of Canada or U.S., mail times can vary greatly depending on customs processing, ranging from 1-12 weeks.
  • All in stock items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment. If you require immediate next day shipping please get in touch prior to purchase.
  • All pre-order items will be shipped in approximately 3-6  weeks depending on order volume.
  • All international orders are final sale. 

Is local pick up available?

Yes. Local pick up is available from our store inside the SJ Marketplace at 1701 Sparrow Drive, Nisku, Alberta. 

Can I return or exchange my items?

Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt.* If you wish to return an item you will be given a refund or store credit for the same value once the item has been received. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please ensure to use a trackable shipping method, as your account can not be credited until the returned item is received. *Items that cannot be refunded include: All clearance and sale items, NITC gift cards, and personalized or custom items. All items being returned must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in original condition and packaging and not affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part.
